Two New Castle Women Arrested For Meth
New Castle – Two New Castle women were arrested on drug charges this afternoon after troopers served a search warrant on their residence at 1112 So. 19th St. in New Castle. The search warrant was the result of an ongoing drug investigation by the State Police.
Troopers went to the home today around 1 p.m. to serve the search warrant, accompanied by officers from New Castle P.D. along with Henry County K-9 Deputy Gary Wilson and his partner “Gator.” As a result of that search warrant Brandy McIntosh, age 29 and Kimberly Winchester, age 55 were arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony, Maintaining A Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony and Misdemeanor Possession of Paraphernalia.
The two women were incarcerated at the Henry County Jail. Troopers were assisted in their investigation by the New Castle Police Department, Henry County Sheriff’s Department and Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs.
