That news comes to us from Bob McGinn, who reported the situation in the lead-up to his mock draft on Thursday morning. Here’s McGinn’s discussion of the situation: According to a source, the Packers attempted to negotiate a pay cut from Bulaga in the off-season but were rebuffed and talks went nowhere.
