SONOMA, Calif. — NASCAR radio broadcaster Wendy Venturini suffered a head injury Saturday when she was struck by a car while jogging in Novato, Calif. Venturini, who was scheduled to work Sunday’s NASCAR race at Sonoma Raceway as a pit reporter for the Performance Racing Network, suffered a skull fracture and concussion, according to PRN president Doug Rice.
