John Daly’s RV is hit by a car at Hooters near Masters

John Daly, the colorful two-time major winner, had his RV parked in a Hooter’s parking lot in Augusta, Ga., when it was hit by a car Friday, according to media reports. Daly told WRDW, a local TV station, that his vehicle was hit when a driver tried to make a U-turn but lost control. He said he tweaked his knee while trying to get out of harm’s way. “It whaled into the front of the bus,” his fiancée Anna Cladakis told GolfChannel.com. “John dove out of the way.” Daly and Cladakis have set up outside the Hooters to sell golf merchandise during Masters week for the past several years. He now plays on the PGA Tour Champions for older players and was third in a tournament in January.
