The Giants didn’t make a deal and instead took Penn State running back Saquon Barkley as their selection. Giants general manager Dave Gettleman has said that once the Cleveland Browns opted to pick Baker Mayfield as the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, he was done listening to trade offers and Barkley was his guy.
